Devon Browne is the Managing Partner at Parham Advisors. A Wharton MBA with over 30 years of experience in business consulting and corporate leadership, Devon has the perspective of a seasoned professional in multiple markets and varying roles.
Management Consulting experience in global and Fortune 500 companies, multi-disciplined and in a wide range of industries.
Corporate Leadership experience in strategy, mobility, innovation, product management, operations improvement and team leadership with Fortune 500 companies.

Recent Engagements
For a global leader providing connected car technologies to the automotive industry, we developed strategic alternatives to hone value propositions to enhance business development strategies for the car rental industry in addition, to making introductions for initial meetings with decision makers.
For a free ride hailing mobility startup whose revenue model was based on an innovative ad tech platform, we provided extended leadership as VP of Strategic Partnerships. Our impact included enhanced value creation with the fleet provision partner, securing a strategic parking partnership for one of the key city expansions that reduced operation costs. We also pursued various revenue growth opportunities with new customers in new segments or geographies.
For two civic/community organizations in Southwest Florida, conducted a study and created a white paper that evaluated existing transportation challenges in the context of current and future growth and development in order to present creative mobility solutions to address headwinds over the next five years.

For a bottled water start up, we conducted a review of introductory market launch and collaborated on strategies to improve the success of the launch in the introductory and growth phase by exploring levers impacting the marketing strategy, product position, communications and distribution strategy.
For a $11B food manufacturer, we developed a Resource Optimization Tool for the R&D function to proactively manage capacity imbalances to ensure efforts were consistently and appropriately aligned to deliver maximum enterprise value from the hundreds of projects in the innovation pipeline. The Tool provided decision support insights based on the level of focus and efforts against value and complexity, and how the R&D resources were allocated across type of innovation projects over a rolling 12-month period.
